XMG Business Group Health and Safety Protocol
XMG Business Group PLC recruit competent and senior staff is assigned to take care of health
and safety issues and carried out regular activities including regular reports. This task stress on
minimizing accidents in the workplace.
As XMG Business Group PLC involves itself in the construction firms, telecom installation and healthcare systems, hire qualified
managers to ensure the working environment meets health and safety standards. The
position includes ensuring it’s staff members and employers comply with safety
legislation and policies.
Our H&;S manager shall attain the subsequent duties and
responsibilities,i.e.
Performing first-aid or nursing duties alongside first aider.
Monitoring all health and safety hazards in a work environment.
Ensure that the company complies with all health and safety legislation.
Assuming responsibility for workplace safety inspections.
Performing examinations of machinery, taking heat and noise measurements and
taking photos and samples.
Advising staff on how to minimize the level of risk in the workplace.
Train employees to help them manage, monitor, and improve general health and
safety standards.
Managing emergency procedures and emergency teams such as first aiders.
Developing new health and safety programs and strategies.
Arranging regular meeting with management staffs of XMG and generate report
to stakeholders.
Our H&S manager required to have the following natural and
occupational behavior.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills because you must get your
message across clearly.
Excellent leadership skills. Getting staff to follow safety procedures involves
serving as a good role model.
Organizational skills. The job involves following through on investigations and
ensuring they are completed on schedule.
Attention to detail. Having the ability to spot ‘minor’ issues can save your
employer a considerable amount of trouble.
Team working. You will collaborate with the heads of other departments to
ensure everyone remains on the same page.
